A Agreement has been signed between Norway Furniture S.L. (here in after called NF), Pan Woods International Limited(here in after called PWIL) and Siyang Municipal Government (here in after called SY) on March 6th, 2006  for Europark Siyang project development.

According to the agreement, NF and PWIL will jointed invest us$60 million in an industrial park in Siyang. This park is so called Europark Siyang.

Europark Siyang will buy  400,000 m2 of land from SY and its investors will build standard warehouses and offices for European investors to move their factory in China. Customer may rent or buy warehouses, and land as well,  from Europark Siyang.  The managing company will provide all baby-sitting services to customers, such servcies include COMPANY REGSITRATION, WORKERS RECRUITING, INFORMATION ON MATERIAL, CONSULTING, LOGISTICS, PROJECT MANAGEMENT, ACCOUNTING SERVICE, LOCAL RELATIONS. ETC.
